แฟร์นันเดส ทำ 63 ประตู และ 52 แอสซิสต์ จากการลงเล่น 137 นัดให้กับ สปอร์ติ้ง ลิสบอรน นอกจากนี้เจ้าตัวยังมีสถิติลงสนามรับใช้ทีมชาติโปรตุเกส 19 นัด ทำได้ 2 ประตู และเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในทีมชุดคว้าแชมป์ ยูฟ่า เนชั่นส์ ลีก 2019 ด้วย
ทั้งนี้ “ปีศาจแดง” ไม่ได้มีการเปิดเผยเรื่องค่าตัว แต่ตามรายงานจาก บีบีซี ที่ผ่านมาระบุว่า ค่าตัวเบื้องต้นของ ดาวเตะวัย 25 ปี จะอยู่ที่ 47 ล้านปอนด์ (ประมาณ 1,880 ล้านบาท) ซึ่งถ้ารวมเงื่อนไขต่างๆ แล้วจะพุ่งขึ้นไปอยู่ที่ 67.6 ล้านปอนด์ (ประมาณ 2,704 ล้านบาท)
